KAMM Nutrition provides services including, but not limited to:

3. Blood Analysis Disclaimer

Educational blood analysis performed by KAMM Nutrition is intended to provide wellness education and nutritional guidance.

Clients should consult their healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients understand that successful results depend on many factors, including:

Exercise
Consistency
Sleep
Stress management
Individual physiology

KAMM Nutrition cannot guarantee specific results, including weight loss, muscle gain, body fat reduction, or improvements in laboratory values.

5. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may receive a shortened consultation to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at KAMM Nutrition's discretion.

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of nutrition coaching and consultation services, completed consultations and coaching services are generally non-refundable.

Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
